Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you can return for an exchange or store credit for free within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. We do not currently offer refunds.
Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All garments must be returned in original packaging with our Garment tags attached.
The items must be returned:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of any stains
- No scuffs and tears
Harrison Pierce reserves the right to reject the return of goods that are not returned in
accordance with our returns policy. If they are rejected, the item will be returned to you. Please note we do not accept returns on sale items.
RETURNS PROCESS
Australian Returns:
- Please email contact@harrisonpierce.com.au for a free returns form and returns label. We offer free returns to Australian customers only.
- Please place your returns form and returns label with your items and drop them off at your local Australia Post.
- Exchanges are only applicable if the size requested is in stock. If the size is not in stock, you will receive a store credit. Please note we are unable to refund the shipping charges.
- Please allow 3-5 days for processing once the return is received at our warehouse.
International Returns:
- Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.
- Please email contact@harrisonpierce.com.au for a return form.
- Please track your returned parcel through your selected courier to ensure the parcel does not get lost, as we are not liable for lost returns.
- Please note we cannot refund the shipping charges, and we can only offer store credits on International Orders.
- Please allow 3-5 days for processing once the return is received at our warehouse.
